We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Contact us to initiate a return.
Absolutely. All XAVIER structural frames carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our finishes and upholstery are covered for 2 years. We also offer a lifetime re-finishing service — because good furniture should last generations.
To keep your XAVIER piece looking its best:
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
Avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity
Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, then dry
Use coasters, placemats, and felt pads to protect surfaces
Reapply natural oil finish every 12-18 months (contact us for guidance)
Yes! Our pieces are displayed at our partner showroom in Singapore · Tan Boon Liat Building. For visiting hours and appointment bookings, please contact us. International buyers are welcome to schedule virtual consultations.
We do! Through our Trade Program, interior designers, architects, and businesses can request custom dimensions, finishes, and materials. For individual bespoke pieces, please get in touch with your requirements.
Most pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks, plus shipping time depending on your location (3-10 business days for most destinations). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
